We are building a global online recruiting platform specialized in maritime personnel.
It will allow all kinds of employers, crewing agencies and ship management companies which do their crewing in-house, to fill their aboard positions. We plan to provide very fast and efficient access to the largest seafarer base.

Lets lalk money
The ideal plan is to dominate the Merchant Marine job market with ~50% of its share. That's a $20 million revenue stream just for posting jobs. And that is not the only revenue stream we will have.
Then we want to at least double our share in 2022 and 2023.
Our plan is to get at least a 5% market share of the merchant fleet at the beginning of 2022. That's 8,000 jobs posted in February. The $20 paid for each vacancy generates $188k in revenue.
The idea is to charge employers who are looking for personnel every day. We gonna charge them per every vacancy posted and for database access
